We want you to be confident enrolling. Here is exactly when and how you can get your money back.
01Eligibility
You can get a 100% refund for a course when both of these are true:
- You ask within 7 days of purchase, and
- You have completed less than 20% of that course's content.
02How to request a refund
Email support@algonerd.com from the address on your account, with the course name and your payment or order reference. We will confirm eligibility against your purchase date and course progress.
03How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take a few business days to show the credit. Course access for a refunded purchase is removed once the refund is issued.
04Not eligible
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
- Courses where 20% or more of the content has been completed.
